Bishop Ernest Clay gained prominence in grilling early in his life and began sharing his gift with his son, Ernest, II while he was just ten years old. Over the next 30 years, Bishop Clay's recipes would take on new life as Ernest, II put his training to practice, cultivating techniques and recipes of his own. Ernest II, now at the helm, has helped take this family owned business to the next level.
